We have an AHMEN mission team going to Tocomachu Honduras July 31st
thru Aug 9th. We need doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses and pharmacies
or pharmacy assistants to complete our team. Our team’s goal
in Honduras is to show God’s love to the people through medical,
optical, and VBS with the children. These services are given to
the Honduran people on the basis of individual need and without
regard to religious affiliations or beliefs.
The cost of the mission trip is $1,800 per person. This pays for
all travel, room and board plus it helps pay for the medications,
interpreters, etc. It does not pay for souvenirs, vaccinations or
passports.

Tentative Schedule
Dates July 31 to Aug 9th
July 31st - Leave B/ham @7Am arrive San Pedro @ 12:40pm. Drive
to Le Ceiba
Rent trucks and / or vans or bus at the airport in San Pedro Sula
and drive to Le Ceiba. (Shane may meet us at the airport) We will
sleep in a hotel in La Ceiba
Aug 1st - Drive to Limon or Ciriboya
Pick up supplies and Shane at the compound in Le Ceiba. Pick up
Gloria, Donna, etc in Limon. (We will sleep at the Clinic or Hotel
in Limon or drive on to Ciriboya and sleep in the Clinic at Ciriboya)
Aug 2nd - Do clinic in Ciriboya (Sleep in clinic @ Ciriboya)
Aug 3rd - Drive to Tocomachu
Do clinic in Tocomachu, sleep in Honduran homes.
Aug 4 - Do clinic in Tocomachu, sleep in Honduran homes
Aug 5th - Drive to out laying town
Do Clinic in Bataya /Nuevo Pueble drive back to Tocomachu—Sleep
in Honduran homes
Aug 6th - Drive to Ciriboya
Do clinic in Ciriboya, Sleep in clinic or drive on to Limon and
sleep in the clinic or the hotel
Aug 7th - Drive to Le Ceiba
Drop off extra supplies @ the Compound, visit the Dump, do some
shopping, etc –Sleep in hotel
Aug 8th - Drive to Tella or El Progreso
Sleep in hotel on the beach @ Tella or a hotel in Progreso
Aug 9th - Fly to Birmingham
