Plan de Flores, Honduras Woodworking School
Here is the updated report on the Plan De Flores Wood Working School.
There are a total of 15 students of which some of them are currently being sponsored, some of them aren't and some live in town so they will not need sponsorship.
The ones who are in need of sponsorship are 14 year old Darwin Josue Salinas from Sico, Colon. Who is an orphan, who lived with his sister, and is now looking for an opportunity to learn a new trade and support himself. 16 year old Milton Dimedis Santos from Icoteas, Colon. Who is also looking for a chance of becoming someone in life. Also 14 year old Juan Pablo Lopez Euceda from Rio Paya, Gracias a Dios. This young man is from the longest distance and in an even more remote area than the others. His home is in the Mosquito Coast and where opportunities like this, do not come by easily. For these kids, learning a trade will be the most significant issue that could ever happen to them. They will be able to take back their knowledge and skill to each of their home towns and make a very significant difference in their areas.
Thank you for helping us make a difference for them,
