| Report from the Soup Kitchen in Pacayal and Yorito The supervisor of a soup kitchen in Yorito sends the following info: I am sending the following report of expenses from the Pacayal and Yorito kitchens, with the kitchen in Yorito we are giving 120 children food of different ages 5 days a week with the following menu: Monday: Chicken and Rice Tuesday:Pasta with rice and veggies Wednesday:Meat with rice and veggies Thursday:Chicken (or other meat) soup with rice and veggies Friday:Pork with rice We also are monitoring the children daily and the majority of children come from homes where there is no food to eat. Gusto en saludarla de nuevo!!!!!!!! estoy enviandole el siguiente informe de gastos de los dos cocinas de Yorito y Pacayal, en lo que respecta al Centro Nutricional de Yorito estamos alimentando a 120 niños y niñas de diferentes edades se cocinan 5 dias a la semana comenzando la asi: Lunes....................................... Arroz con Pollo. Martes...................................... Pastas ,Arroz con Vegetales. Miercoles.................................. Carne de Res, Arroz y Vegetales. Jueves........................................ Sopa de Pollo o de Res con diferentes Verduras y Arroz. Viernes...................................... Carne de Cerdo con Arroz. Nina , llevamos un control diario o sea se pasa lista al momento de servir el alimento para llevar un mejor control .Esto me hace seguir adelante por que la mayoria de los hogares de estos niños no tienen que comer |
