In an effort to enhance the AHMEN mission website team members attended a photography and writing workshop on January 23rd. The idea was to provide team embers with new skills that could help them take better pictures, and how to do some reporting so that the content in more appealing and compelling. The sessions were delivered by Rick Watson, reporter, columnist, photographer, and author along with Dale Short, novelist, reporter, editor, speaker, and award winning photographer.
AHMEN does incredible work, and sharing these good deeds with the world can only help to spread the word.
Dr. Tom Camp and approximately twenty team members attended and tried their hand at arranging and composing group photographs.
An idea that grew out of the workshop was to have interested team members start BLOG about the Honduran Mission experience. Several BLOGs are currently under development and should be available soon. One blog is already online - see below.
